Alarms can be sent via SNMP, email, webhooks, SMS or the option of voice alerts.

N-GEN Estate can consolidate alerts (for example SNMP traps) from third party solutions using multiple protocols with the status and administrative management of the alert, being overseen by N-GEN Estate.

Within the N-GEN Estate platform, alerts can be acknowledged and suppressed against a user defined time period. All alert management actions are captured/ reported in the audit log and via a dedicated alert summary report.
